About us · CdA-AI

Big decisions
deserve a board.

In large companies, every important choice goes through a table of debate. CdA-AI gives you that table: AI executive figures debating your challenge from clashing perspectives, for the price of a coffee.

The story

From a lonely choice to a virtual board

Every business starts with a decision made alone. The next ones, though, shouldn't be.

I

The problem

The insight

Small business owners face structural choices without a table to debate them. The accountant stops at the numbers, and the decision rests on one head alone.

II

The idea becomes method

The prototype

Not a chatbot serving the first convenient answer, but independent AI figures debating over multiple rounds: each defends its perspective and challenges the weak arguments of the others.

III

Beyond the report

The recall

A decision doesn't end with the verdict. The board sets conditions with a deadline, and when it arrives it recalls you: you declare the real results, the board corrects the course.

IV

Growing

Today

A tailored board, real-time web search, analysed attachments and structured decision reports that account for the market you operate in. And we're just getting started.

The vision

What we believe in

Debate before the answer

Multiple expert perspectives openly challenging each other surface the hidden trade-offs. Decision quality comes from dissent, not easy consensus.

Radical accessibility

The same debate table large companies have, without depending on their size or their budget.

Respect for your data

Your documents stay in your browser: only the necessary text reaches the board.

Honesty about limits

A decision-support tool, not an oracle. The final word is always yours.

Local context

A board that reasons about your country: regulations, market and practices of the place where you actually work.

The method

How the board works

I

Independent positions

Each figure answers your challenge on its own, from its own perspective: the CFO looks at margins, the CMO at the market, the COO at feasibility. No one sees the others' answers.

II

Debate and rebuttals

Then the positions meet: everyone reads the others, replies, corrects, pushes where needed. This is where fragile arguments fall and real risks surface.

III

The Chairman's verdict

The Chairman synthesises: where there's real agreement, where disagreement remains, a 🟢🟡🔴 verdict and measurable conditions with a deadline. A decision document, not small talk.

The manifesto

«I built CdA-AI because no one should make the big decisions alone

Alessio · Founder

The table

Who sits at the table, really

No stock photos, no fancy titles. Only three presences sit at your table, and the most important one is you.

💰📈⚙️👔

The Board

The AI figures

CFO, CMO, COO, CHRO, CTO, CEO and Legal-Tax Advisor. Each defends its own interest and challenges the others, instead of telling you what you want to hear.

⚖️

The Chairman

Who ties it together

Listens to the whole debate and turns it into a clear verdict: agreements, risks and conditions to proceed. No position to defend, only the synthesis.

👤

You

The real decision-maker

The board debates and the Chairman synthesises, but the final word is always yours. We give you perspectives, not orders.

Frequently asked questions

What we get asked most often

Do you replace an accountant or a lawyer?+

No, and we don't want to. CdA-AI is a decision-support tool: it helps you see your challenge from multiple expert perspectives before deciding. For binding tax, legal or compliance matters, always consult a licensed professional.

How are you different from ChatGPT?+

A single AI produces one synthesised answer, with no internal conflict. Here, multiple independent expert figures challenge each other across rounds: weak arguments get dismantled and hidden trade-offs emerge. You get structured adversarial reasoning, not one model's best guess.

Who does it work best for?+

For SMEs and micro-businesses: restaurateurs, shops, artisans, agencies, structured freelancers. It's built around the decisions these businesses actually face: hiring, raising prices, opening a second location, changing suppliers.

What if the board disagrees?+

That's often the most valuable outcome. Genuine disagreement means the right answer depends on a factor only you know: your risk tolerance, your liquidity, your team. The report documents exactly what that factor is, so you know precisely which question you need to answer.

Why the name “CdA”?+

CdA stands for Consiglio di Amministrazione, Italian for Board of Directors: the table that in big companies debates every important choice. That's exactly what you get, and the “AI” says how: with a board of artificial experts.
